Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (LATAM)

We are currently expanding our presence in Latin America and looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. This job is 100% remote and is a contract role

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, implement and manage Marketing Cloud solutions
• Develop data model structures, data flows, formulas and workflow automation
• Develop solution documents, requirement documents, discovery documents for internal and external review,
• Work on multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously,
• Develop quality assurance procedures
• Provide quality assurance and user acceptance testing support as required,
• Coordinate and communicate with an international team of project resources,
• Demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and internal teams,
• Manage task and work tickets, including description and acceptance criteria,
• Work in tandem with project managers and development teams to ensure on-time, on-budget work products.  

Required Qualification 

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified
• Experience with development and management of marketing and communication campaign automation
• Evaluation of analytics and reporting for marketing decision making
• Social channel management as part of a larger marketing strategy
• Knowledge of both b2b and b2c marketing and communication is a plus
• Oral and written English communication skills 
• Able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects/clients and deadlines
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
