fusionSpan is a fast growing multinational information technology services company, and we are seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant to join the team.

This position is 100% remote. 

The successful candidate will assist the revenue operations and sales team creating in Salesforce solutions by understanding, grasping, and outlining their requirements in this Presales role. Responsibilities will include building demos, creating video content, and configuring Salesforce solutions to be presented to potential clients. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Salesforce's most recent capabilities, as well as holding at least 2 Salesforce Certifications.


  • Must be willing to obtain Salesforce Nonprofit Certification within the first 90 days. 
  • Salesforce  Professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our technical capabilities. 
  • Assist the sales team to build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges, goals, and technology needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively showcase our Salesforce product solutions and services to prospective clients.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology offerings and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to analyze the technical requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and project scopes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and develop  technical solutions for our sales team to present to clients and stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns, and building confidence in our capabilities.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce products and willingness to learn more.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • At least one but preferably multiple additional Salesforce Certifications (Sales, Service, App Builder, Platform Developer I)
  • Strong Salesforce technical knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to come up with creative solutions.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales processes is preferred.
